Molds Maintainance & Storage
We proactively maintain and service all custom moulds on a regular schedule to ensure consistent part quality and reliable production performance.
When moulds reach the end of their service life or remain idle for extended periods, we will contact you to confirm the product’s status and sales forecast.
We will only scrap or decommission moulds with your explicit approval, ensuring that there is no disruption to your supply chain or production plans due to unexpected mould issues.

Given that our client is based in Northern Europe, where winter conditions intensify the requirements for thermal resistance and material durability, our silicone strips provide reliable performance even under extreme temperature fluctuations and prolonged chemical exposure.
Dimension Control & Design Change
Even though the silicone sealing strips had to meet very strict size requirements, we were able to make them fit by working closely with our client and doing a lot of trial and error. We understood that wood is a natural material that can sometimes be a bit uneven, so we made several changes to the moulds. Each time, we checked that they matched the customer’s updated samples and feedback. We kept talking and making changes to get the right silicone strip. This strip fits perfectly and works well, even though the material it’s made from can vary.
