    Silicone Materials Matter A Lot

    Silicone is a versatile polymer prized for its unique combination of properties: it’s flexible, durable, heat-resistant, chemically inert, and non-stick. Unlike many plastics, it doesn’t leach harmful chemicals, making it a safe choice for food contact and medical applications.     Base materials: Original silicone polymers and compounds are stored in a dedicated area to protect them from environmental factors.

    Additives: Pigments, catalysts and other additives are stored separately and clearly labelled to ensure formula accuracy.

    Work-in-progress (WIP): Mixed batches are stored in sealed containers in a designated area to prevent exposure to dust or moisture before reaching the production line.

    Finished goods: Completed silicone parts are packaged and stored away from any non-silicone products.

This guarantees that every part we produce meets your specified quality standards.

    2. Dedicated compounding and mixing equipment

    We operate a self-contained, state-of-the-art compounding line for silicone rubber only. Our internal mixing mills and kneaders are never used for any other polymer. This prevents any possibility of foreign material or chemical cross-contamination that could affect the properties of the material, such as its tensile strength, elongation or colour consistency. Our rigorous control over the mixing parameters ensures that each batch of rubber is identical to the last.
