We’ve developed a strong production supervision system, with clear guidelines and ongoing improvements to our processes. Our team is constantly working on refining raw material formulas and production methods to stay ahead of the competition and meet the needs of our customers.
We are fortunate to have engineers with over 40 years of experience in rubber materials and expertise from top automotive manufacturers. This helps us continuously enhance our material formulas, optimize production, and explore new, innovative solutions. Additionally, we collaborate with the Rubber College of Qingdao University of Science and Technology to conduct advanced rubber formulation testing, ensuring we always deliver the best quality possible.
Vaccum vulcanizing machine
The 4RT structure of our vacuum vulcanizing machine surpasses traditional front-top lift mold systems by supporting specialized three or four-layer molds. It enables efficient handling of finished products through integrated lift molds and independent middle mold ejection. This allows the bottom mold to advance while the middle mold is released and ejector pins ascend, all within a vacuum environment that eliminates air bubbles and impurities. The result is higher-quality products with superior surface finishes and enhanced durability.
Automated operation and an optimized mold handling system significantly reduce cycle times, boosting productivity without sacrificing quality. The machine ensures uniform vulcanization and precise material flow, minimizing waste and supporting both cost efficiency and environmental sustainability.

110L mixing machine & Separate rubber processing rooms
With a large 110L capacity, this kneader efficiently mixes rubber compounds, ensuring consistent blending of materials, fillers, and additives. It significantly reduces mixing time while delivering uniform results, making it ideal for medium to large-scale production by allowing substantial material processing in a single batch.
Constructed from high-strength steel and wear-resistant components, the machine is built for long-term durability even under heavy-duty use, minimizing downtime and maintenance costs. Its advanced temperature control system maintains optimal processing conditions, preventing material degradation and ensuring high-quality final compounds.
Operator safety is enhanced through advanced safety mechanisms including overload protection and emergency stop functions. Additionally, Hello Rubber have two separate chambers dedicated to black and colored rubber materials respectively, ensuring excellent aesthetic quality in finished products.
Laboratory Test
We operate a dedicated factory with an in-house professional laboratory, where all products undergo rigorous testing prior to mass production. To further ensure quality and compliance, we partner with internationally accredited organizations such as SGS and PONY for independent verification of product performance. This allows us to promptly provide key certifications—including RoHS, REACH, PAH, and fire resistance—guaranteeing that our products meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
